5-6 apples, cut out the inner part with the seeds. peel a third off the top of the apple.
for the filling: raisins, dried cranberries, dried prunes, crushed nuts (walnuts, pecan).
for the sauce: half a glass of wine, a spoon of brown rum, half a glass of water, liquid sugar-free sweetener.
arrange the apples on a baking tray, stuff the apples with the filling and put what is left between the apple.
Bake for 50 minutes in a previously heated oven, to 180C.
